Your first meal prep may taste horrible at first (at least mine it was) and that’s okay! Things won’t be perfect all the time. And you’re not gonna offend someone else with your awful cooking.
Rubbery chicken? That’s good enough. Silver lining is: you won’t get salmonella.
Bland and tough beef? Hey, maybe it’s your first try. Congratulate yourself for completing a meal prep! You can always fix it by steaming your dish.
No matter how hard it can be on your first, second, or three-hundred fifty fourth meal prep… you will always be okay.
I remember my first batch of meal preps. They look good on picture but… they taste okay. There’s always something missing here and there.
And these mistakes are fine. Since 1) I’m the only one eating it and 2) I have taken the first step of bettering myself and being in charge of my great health.
